Shipping policy
MUNICIPAL CANADA - SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more. MUNICIPAL Canada orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days if you selected ground shipping at checkout. Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Territories or remote Postal Codes.
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for the package.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- Free Shipping, is shipped via standard ground only.
- Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
- Shipping rates to Territories or Remote Postal Codes will be calculated at checkout.*
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- MUNICIPAL Canada ships only to Canada via UPS and Canada Post.
- Orders going to a P.O. Box must ship via Canada Post.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
- Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after the order is received.
- Delivery time is weather dependent and depends on where your order is being shipped.
- We do not ship outside of Canada currently. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Currently, we do not offer in-store pick up.
