Shipping & Returns Policy


We offer free ground shipping on orders of $80 or more. MUNICIPAL Canada orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days if you selected ground shipping at checkout. Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Territories or remote Postal Codes.**

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for the package. You can also check the status of your package on our order tracking page.


  • Free Shipping, is shipped via standard ground only.
  • Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
  • A flat Rate Shipping fee will be applied to Territories or Remote Postal Codes during checkout.*

  • MUNICIPAL Canada ships only to Canada via UPS and Canada Post.
  • Orders going to a P.O. Box must ship via Canada Post.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
  • Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after the order is received.
  • Delivery time is weather dependent and depends on where your order is being shipped.
  • We do not ship outside of Canada currently. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Currently, we do not offer in-store pick up.


Free 30-Day returns! We will accept items that are in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed condition for return and a full refund, less initial shipping charges, if applicable, up to 30 days from their original fulfillment date. Returns and exchanges are free of charge you can begin an exchange or return by visiting  our returns portal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back!

If you attempt to return an item that is older than 30 days, we may only be able to offer you store credit.

In certain conditions, we may refuse a return. If the items attempting to be returned do not pass inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns. In this instance, our Customer Experience team will reach out to you directly to address the next steps.
